At X-plorer, we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for your convenience. If you decide to return an item, please ensure it meets the following requirements:
- Unopened (plastic seal unopened)

- Original condition

- Within 30 days of purchase

To initiate a return, you must contact X-plorer for pre-approval before sending the item back. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Prepare Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Return Postage: Note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
5. Send Back: Ship the item to the address provided upon approval.
6. Refund Process: X-plorer will process your return and issue a full refund.
